Impulse is the pressure on the Cranberry's attention, coming from the cosmos. It is a piece of activity-stimulating information, energy. It is the call of "Here and Now", with which the Cranberry would be able to synchronize itself with the processes of the cosmos.
The information arriving from the cosmos is of varying strengths. The more energy a Cranberry's attention possesses, the more impulses he can capture and respond to them with actions. The more often he can obey an impulse, the more energy he gathers, and the more often he is ready to follow the next incoming impulses of the cosmos.
The impulses stimulating actions have been modified in Cranberry's thoughts and turned into misinterpretations. We have taught him not to react to the powerful impulses of the cosmos, not to take them seriously. Once the Cranberry is reached by an impulse, we activate one, the sentence "That's nonsense!" corresponding train of thought. And when he listens to this sentence, he refrains from reactions to impulses, even though he would gain energy from them.
IMPULSE EXPIRATION
Any information coming from the cosmos will only put Cranberry's attention under pressure for a while. Then the impulse goes away, for the Cranberry: "it fades".
As long the impulse approaches, the Cranberry can gain energy from it. The highest energy level is gained when the impulse reaches its peak (means it is closest to the Cranberry).
Thereafter, the impulse begins to move away, its energy decreases, and then becomes a memory.
This process is called the expiration time of impulses.
As soon as the memory develops (thanks to our implantation of procrastination) the Cranberry feels having "missed something", and he will try to catch up with the reaction to the impulse.
From then on, he no longer produces energy for himself. Performing an action on a past impulse is difficult and painstaking because the energy already has vanished. Reacting to past impulses reinforces the feeling of hopelessness and lack of energy in the Cranberry.
And that's how he produces energy for us.
INQUISITION
INNER SILENCE
Inner silence is a state when the litany stops. In the short term, it happens while getting a shock, in a crisis or in a life-threatening state. In the long term, it comes about with practice (e.g., meditation) or spending a lot of time in nature.
Jealousy is based on the fear of the danger of losing the relationship (being in a state of loneliness). In other words, it is a fear from the danger of stopping the importance - appreciation or the pity - self-pity cycles.
JOKE PARTY
To date, politics has been almost completely poisoned by Squingeez. But still, it is possible to hack it.

Insanity is the name of staying for long outside of the MSC place called Mind. And/or moving around quickly between the Mind and other MSC places.
Insanity is glowered by all ‘average’ Cranberries (the ones closed up in the mind’s MSC place) because it confronts them with their own state of being confined. A kind of insanity worthy of mentioning is when the ‘insane’ makes a stay in the MSC place of another Cranberry and perceives as if it really was someone else. (‘I am Napoleon!’) .
An actor uses the same mechanism when playing a role, but he/she shifts his/her MSC to the toehold of the character he/she wishes to play on purpose.
Those Cranberries, whose large MSC movement is less extreme, are the ‘little bit insanes’, the ‘absent-minded professors’, the nymphomaniacs, the extreme sports fans. The level of insanity is equal to the extent of the (unconscious and extensive) MSC movement. Insanity breaks through the hedge and is terrifying. Therefore it is an MSC place to avoid at all costs for the Cranberry.
Experiencing fear by ‘average’ Cranberries can be prevented from following its mates in doing ‘crazy things’. As a result of our efforts, 'insanity' gets into the same category for the Cranberry, as sin.
The warrior is similar to an insane person, as they both let their MSC shift outside the boundaries of normality. They are different, however, as the former can return its MSC into normality by willpower.

The intent is the active, empowering, conscious energy of the Cosmos. The conscious free man disassembles the hedge by inner silence and then allows the energy of the intent to take its MSC to faraway pastures. And there, it acquires fresh energy.
Instead of the energy of the intent, the Cranberry uses the low energy level of the trash food. Thus its MSC is gyrating on the used pastures without getting fresh energy.
To produce trash food by the importance–appreciation and the pity–self-pity cycles, the enslaved species' need a consolidated (and squinged) intent.
